You can book your appointment by texting Coze. When scheduling, please be sure to specify name, service desired, preferred days/times, and stylist. New client color services may require a retainer fee prior to booking.

CANCELLATION & SERVICE CHANGE POLICY
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or modifications.
As your appointment time is reserved specifically for the services booked, last-minute changes that shorten or remove a scheduled service may still be subject to the original service charge.
Appointments canceled or adjusted with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled services, charged to the card on file. This policy allows us to accommodate other guests while respecting the time, preparation, and expertise of our stylists.
NO-SHOW & SAME DAY CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a no-show or a same-day cancellation, the full cost of the scheduled services will be charged to the credit card on file. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us honor the time reserved for you.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
To ensure a seamless experience for all guests and to respect our stylists’ time, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service adjusted or rescheduled at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify or reschedule services as necessary in order to remain on time for all scheduled appointments.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit may be required when booking more extensive services, such as color corrections or extensions. This deposit will be applied toward your scheduled appointment.
RE-DO/REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. While we do not offer refunds on services rendered, we are fully committed to ensuring you love your results. If you have any concerns, we kindly ask that you notify us within 48 hours of your original appointment. We will gladly make the appropriate adjustments, ideally within a two-week timeframe, with the stylist who performed your service. Should you request services beyond the scope of your original consultation, we will be happy to accommodate you and will always communicate any additional charges in advance.

We are conveniently located above Sisters Thai and Bellissimo. Free Garage and open lot parking are available directly across the street, with additional parking behind the Truist Bank on Sager Avenue, just half a block away.

Due to limited seating in both our reception and main styling areas, we kindly reserve these spaces for guests with scheduled appointments.

We gladly accept debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. At this time, we are unable to accept cash and personal checks.
Gratuities are always appreciated, but never expected. If you wish to tip your stylist, you’re welcome to do so via Venmo or Zelle. Please note that gratuities cannot be added to credit card payments.
